Since the first of the year, I have been contemplating my personal health and what I can do to improve it. In July, thanks to the positive peer pressure from some good friends, I finally decided to do something about it and began working out to P90X!  It has been a game changer in my personal fitness and it can be in yours too!

As a part of my fitness plan, I began using an app on my iPhone called MyFitnessPal. It has helped me set realistic eating goals and allows me to track how many calories I burn and consume during the day.

While MyFitnessPal has helped me track my calories, the one thing that’s helped me curb my desire for junk food has been Shakeology!
